While we offer various foster care services, Kids Count Too is a private and non-profit adoption agency. As such, we are certified to conduct adoption home studies throughout Ohio. This allows us to participate in the placement of children for adoption out of the foster care system. While fostering to adopt can be a lengthy process, our staff is here to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
